FREIGHT COSTS

Shipping price for both the SodaStream and the NutriBullets is $5.00 per item. Shipping is free for the dishwashing tablets and the LG SmartTV.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Delivery within 5-8 working days
We endeavour to deliver all stocked items within 5-8 working days of us confirming receipt of your order, although this timeframe is an estimate only.

If we are not able to supply the products or there is likely to be a delay (e.g. because the product is out of stock or the delivery is to a rural/remote location), we will notify you as soon as is reasonably possible after we become aware of this, in which case you may cancel the order (or any part of it) and you will receive a refund (including the applicable delivery charges) in respect of those products which will not be delivered (if any).

Delivery Estimates:
Consumer Direct makes every effort practical to ensure that delivery timeframes given are accurate. However the delivery times stated for products on this site assume that the stock availability information provided by our suppliers is accurate and that delivery times are not adversely affected by unforeseen events. By placing an order, you agree not to hold Consumer Direct liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated time frame.

Physical delivery address required as delivery is by courier
We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box address so please provide a physical address.

Delivery will be by courier or freight forwarder. An email will be sent to you when the goods are dispatched to enable you to track and trace your order.

Please ensure you have your order delivered to an address where someone is available to sign for it. If you are unavailable to sign for an item when our courier calls, we will leave a card at the delivery address so you can arrange for the re-delivery or collection of your goods.

Addressing
The risk of any loss of, or damage to, the products will pass to you on delivery.

Addressing: If a product is found to be mis-addressed by Consumer Direct then Consumer Direct shall be responsible for the re-delivery, replacement or refunding of the product. If the Customer is found to have given an incorrect or insufficient address, then Consumer Direct will not refund or resend the product and all responsibility for correcting delivery will be borne by the Customer.

Delivery only within New Zealand
An overseas order may be placed with a New Zealand delivery address. Currently, we do not deliver outside New Zealand.

Additional delivery charges
If applicable, estimated delivery charges will be displayed when you complete your order, although in some cases the actual delivery charges may be higher (e.g. if the products are large/heavy or delivery is to a rural/remote location).

We will notify you if the actual delivery charges are higher than originally estimated, in which case you may cancel the order (or any part of it) prior to delivery and receive a refund (including the applicable delivery charges) in respect of the cancelled order.

RETURNS

You can return any product you buy from us for a full refund or exchange within 10 working days of purchase, no matter what the reason. The product must be returned in its original condition with supporting paperwork and appropriate packaging.
